The view from the room was amazing, the staff were really friendly. The breakfast was very good, lots of options.
Have to pay for spa facilities like use of Sauna and Steam room.

Quiet location with nice views of Spinalonga island.
We felt to the food variety was a bit corporate. We Donny use the buffet at dinner but the rotation of restaurants at the end of the season was very limiting.

Very clean, lovely staff.
Poorly programmed lifts made it very time consuming to get around. The spa really isn’t a usable facility, in that after spending roughly £5K for a week’s stay, one shouldn’t have to pay a further 25 euros an hour to use the spa. Appalling.
