Apartman je jako prostran i čist. Osoblje veoma ljubazno.
U neposrednoj blizini se nalazi Spa centar i restoran , sto nam je dosta ulepsalo boravak.

I liked a lot the fact that the location was surrounded by places to eat and grocery shopping mini stores.
I liked the owner's availability to answer questions and solve potential issues.
I loved the fact that there was a spa connected to the building and we were able to enjoy it with a discount price.
I did not like that the apartment reception was far from the apartment and the building seemed like a labyrinth, but this is not the owner's fault.

The room is very cozy and nicely decorated.
It was very hot in the room (but you could turn off the heat from the radiator if you wanted).
The bed is very comfortable and the bed linen very good and clean.
The room has a small balcony with a table and chairs.
For cleanliness, I would give a 9 and not a 10, because there was a little dust in some places (behind the door) and there were some marks in the cutlery drawer.
The entrance door to the apartment moved and made noise every time the doors of the neighbors on the floor opened.

Very clean, cozy, nice design, new building with reception, heating is great, also wi fi is exellent. There is also spa and poll, very nice, clеan and warm with additional charges. Тhere is free parking and the building is around 3km. far from the center of Kopaonik.
