The White Apartment: Luxury, Beach and Design

Very comfortable appartement, has everything you need. Very clean. Great host, who is available when you have questions. We loved our stay. FYI the appartement is on the 9th floor and has a balcony. The pool is nice.

Be aware that it is 20 -30 minutes from Valencia by car and 1 hour or more by public transport. The bus stop is very near, 2 minutes.

Beds were very comfortable and so were lounge chairs and sofa.. Mostly good range of facilities. Plenty if crockery and cooking vessels. Shower nicely poweful. Swimming pool is lovely and there are Padel courts. Grounds were secure/safe and well manicured. Generally good layout and bright, airy and clean. Good views. Bus stop very close.. 112A to Valencia. Word of warning if using public transport. Don't take metro train to Pobla des Farnals as it is another 1 hour walk to the Platja/beach resort. Poor taxi service in the town. Owner kindly rescued us from situation. From Valencia take the yellow regional metrobus 112A from near the bus station. Goes hourly. 2 euros each way. Can pay by cash. Cant use the EMT red buses app to buy tickets on yellow buses. Beware pickpockets on busy buses. Can buy daily, 3 day, 7 day travel passes and good as offers discounts around the city. Oceanographic, science and arts museums a must see. Silk museum is also lovely. Valencia is a lovely city.

Some of the bathroom fittings were a bit tired/tatty. Mould in shower area. No flush button on one of 2 toilets. No ventilation in bathrooms. No teatowels provided. No internal drying facilities such as rack/clothes maid. Kitchen sink was blocked on arrival. But the owner was sorting it, but it obviously meant we couldnt use the sink or dishwasher for few days. Water was generally slow to go down plug. No toaster just a foreman grill plate. One of bedrooms lacked drawer space, although in entirety there was plenty of storage. As holiday flat there was too much personal stuff stashed in drawers. Didn't find any safety information. This is a 9th floor apartment and the balcony railing is not that high. Young children would need supervision. Should have mentioned this in advert for property. Ground floor regularly smelt quite foul/bad drains.

La limpieza excepcional y lleno de detalles como todo lo necesario para el baño, secador, algodón desmaquillador, clines. Con ambientadores por todo el apartamento. Excepcional.

El edificio es muy viejo, un elevador no funcionaba, para subir a un 9° había que esperar para poder tomar otro elevador, pequeño que siempre estaba con gente. Está a unos 800 metros de la playa, no es que sea primera linea. El departamento alternaba camas pasables/cómodas con camas viejas, blandas, incómodas. El equipamiento estaba justo (no había cafetera, al pedirla nos trajeron una rápidamente)
