Tienen un apartamento cómodo limpio!

El apartamento está bien equipado, aunque podrían hacer ajustes para implementar una lavadora, veneficiando tanto a la persona que rente porque puede lavar su ropa, y tambien al dueño ya que podría aumentar sus ganancias en booking.com y eso ayudaria a subir el precio de renta, entre mas comodo este el lugar mas valor gana.

Für den Besuch bei unserer Tochter ist die Wohnung total prima gelegen. Von hier aus hatten wir sehr kurze Wege. Im Vergleich zu unserem letzten Aufenthalt vor wenigen Wochen gab es dieses Mal auch Licht im Treppenhaus. Allerdings war das nur recht umständlich auszuschalten (mit Licht nach oben zur Wohnung, aufschließen, Licht drinnen anstellen, wieder runter zum Licht ausschalten).

Wir wollten uns das ein oder andere Spiel der Handball-Europameisterschaft ansehen. Leider ist es mir nicht gelungen, den Fernseher in Gang zu bringen. Schade!

The flat is conveniently situated for the city centre and the motorway network. Is is exceptionally clean and tidy albeit a little dated in furniture and decor.

The biggest issue is the lack of noise insulation. I was on the first floor and the flat on the second floor was also rented out. You could here the occupants walking, talking laughing etc and that until 1 am in the morning which led to lack of sleep. Not their fault - just lack of insulation.
