About this house rental
The Mayan Garden is a Private eco-nature lodge & retreat center. This is a family-run estate since 1867. It is perfect for large groups, events, or retreats looking for a private and exclusive setting. The facility is situated in the middle of the jungle garden with paved paths leading to and from each facilities. The New River runs through the property and makes for a scenic view just in front of the River Lodge. The River is about 1 45 min boat ride to the nearest awe-inspiring Mayan Ruins, Called Lamanai.
In the Garden you will find the 10 Cabana rooms (2 queen Beds per room) with a private bathroom connected. The location is ideal if you are looking to take a trip to the Lamanai Mayan Ruins, as it is an easy boat ride off the river to the archeological site. We also offer housekeeping, a private chef and can arrange airport transport and other activities for an additional cost.

one problem is the smell that permeates the air from a nearby sugar cane processing plant. It was very obnoxious, and drove us indoors.
Loved the group meeting place, the yoga room, pool was indoors, but very nice. Excellent gym. comfortable and pleasant seating out of doors. Incredible staff
