The villa boasts an incredible ocean views from the terrace. The terrace features a heated infinity pool and Jacuzzi with a stunning view of the azur ocean and views from the pristine beach below to the islands of St. Maarten and Anguilla on the horizon.
The villa is located in Camaruche, one of the lesser-known neighbourhoods in St. Barth. Camaruche comprises the hillside that looks out west and north over Lorient Bay and the Atlantic. Villas in Camaruche often enjoy one of the best sunset views as well as a high degree of privacy. This area is convenient to the bakery, supermarkets and restaurants of Lorient, and is only a ten minute drive from St. Jean and Saline Beach.
In addition to the spectacular outdoor space, you will find the dramatically designed and fully air-conditioned living and dining areas, as well as an integrated gourmet kitchen. With carefully planned indirect lighting and huge hideaway sliding-glass doors, this space is perfect for relaxing or entertaining day or night.

Three of the four other bedrooms are one level below the main terrace, where water from the large pool cascades down into a smaller pool on the lower level. One bedroom is on the same level as the main terrace.

We had the most wonderful stay at Avenstar. Niamh recommended it to us as we were 5 couples travelling together and each of the bedrooms is of a very similar standard so it was ideal from that point of view. The pool is lovely and has amazing night lighting. We also loved the decor. It's very modern and cool. Noreen from Exceptional Villas was also a great help in organising all our concierge requirements. So happy we found Exceptional Villas and we will definitely book with them again.
