You can’t get much closer to the sand than this! As soon as you enter this beautifully decorated Gulf-front home, you’ll be drawn to the views of the Gulf. Floor-to-ceiling windows and sliders flood the open living room with natural light. With classic coastal decor, calming beach-inspired hues, and comfy furnishings, the living space is ultra-inviting after busy days at the beach.
In the same open space, you’ll find a six-person dining table perfect for everything from casual meals to family game nights. Open to the living and dining areas, the kitchen features two-toned cabinets, stainless steel appliances, an intricate tile backsplash, and a breakfast bar with seating for two.
Two spacious bedrooms are designed for relaxation with hotel-style linens and soothing shades of blue. Each has its own well-appointed bathroom and a flatscreen TV, and the primary suite boasts spectacular Gulf views and direct balcony access. This home also has an in-unit washer and dryer to make beach living easier than ever.
Outside, your private Gulf-front balcony is the best spot in the house. Whether lounging on the chaise or gathering at the six-person outdoor dining table, you’ll enjoy panoramic views of emerald water and sugar-white sand. Then head downstairs to play in the surf, lounge by the pool, or splash in the pirate-themed splash pad. It doesn’t get much better than this.
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

We loved our visit to Phoenix V in Orange Beach. Starting with the absolute perfect view from our room which we enjoyed sunrise & sunset, a great pool at the right temperature with plenty of seating (never needing to "save seats") & a beyond lovely beach area. There are 4 elevators, so it was always a quick trip up and down. There is a restroom in the lower level which was great for pool & beach access. We appreciated the smart tv to be able to watch NFL too. Our condo met all of our needs. My only suggestion would be to bring your own toiletry items as we needed soap/body wash because the one small soap provided did not suffice for the sinks & shower. We will definitely stay at another Phoenix in the future.

Great stay for me, my wife and my 8 yr old son. The splash pad and indoor pool area were a huge hit and so much fun. Easy beach access! The condo was perfect for us three with the one bedroom and one bathroom. Couldn’t have been any more perfect! I recommend for 3-4 people.
