As a guest, to use the Clubhouse Facilities, you are entitled to a certain maximum number of wristbands based on the number of bedrooms in the unit you are renting. The number of wristbands for this unit are as follows:
3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.

Great condo. Very large and roomy. Very clean. Manager was easy to communicate with and responded quickly. Pool and hot tub were nice. Would have liked to have had beach towels to use and a map of the facility to know where the basketball courts were. It also would have been nice to have the air hockey included and not have to pay for that. We would highly recommend Windsor Hills and our condo!

Only complaint is that the air condition was right outside the bedroom window and we heard it all night. The room was awesome only thing missing was a clock. Lol I guess if you are on vacation you don't need a clock.

A wonderful property and close to Disney. Easy booking and communication. The only things we noticed were small: one of the blinds in LR did not work and the light over the stove was out. Also, we were disappointed in the dishes and silverware - they were cheap, and the coffee pot is outdated and difficult to operate. Otherwise it was a great stay!

This was an ideal resort to stay at and still be able to quickly and easily get to the Disney parks. We enjoyed the pool on our rest days. The condo overall was nice, just a few things we noticed. The living room couches and dining room table/chairs really need updated. The bath towels are very thin and small. It’s great that the condo is on the first floor…very nice when coming and going! It was a great stay and we would definitely come back to Windsor hills if ever in the area again.
