Pool & Spa Charges and Information:

Resort Parking Rules:
- The resort allows a maximum of 3 cars for a home.
- Only 2 cars will fit in the driveway, overflow parking is available in the nearby lot.
- Please pick up parking rules at the guard gate. Parking is strictly enforced.
- Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will tow.

3 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 8 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

If you are looking for a stay at great deal and close to Disney, this is it. Three bedrooms, one of which has bunk beds, and three full bathrooms. Perfect for teens that take forever to get ready! Disney parks are no more than 20 minutes away.

The house was great and extremely clean. Property management was attentive to the one issue I had. Check in was easy. Only comment would be that pool could use a cleaning.

This was our first family vacation with our kids on an airplane to Orlando. We wanted the Disney experience without staying on property. Our stay was fantastic. The resort area was gated and felt very safe. The amenities within the resort were great with the pool area and club house. The splash pad area was not working our first day, but they did have it up and going by the end of our trip. The house was spacious and had lots of room. The private pool was an awesome touch, and had lots of safety features such as locks, fence, and we never worried about water safety especially with the littles. The garage play area was a great touch, but since it is in the garage it is not air conditioned, but we still had a great time out there. The only negative I felt was that we paid for a heated pool for the week, and while the water was nice, it did not feel heated. Going in July, I do not think that we needed this anyways, but it was still an option I paid for that I felt did not really pan out. Overall, for our family (4 year old and 18 month old) we had an excellent time and would definitely book again!

Home location is perfect for parks, groceries, and restaurants. Neighborhood was nice and pleasant to walk in. Community pool water slides were great and fun but community pool was too busy and not enough chairs every day. The home had adequate bedding and seating and the game room garage was great. The home does need some attention to detail and I communicated that to the property management team who were very responsive and understanding and nice to work with. The spa tub needs jets.
