The property was in a great location. Close to all parks, shopping, Disney Springs etc. Everything was clean. The only thing missing was beach towels….

We booked this property in February. We travel to this area relatively regularly. This is the first time we rented a house. The description of the property was spot on. The house was beautiful and very clean. The location was central to all of our activities. And the resort amenities were very nice. We definitely will stay here again!

We had a nice stay at this property. Check in was a little difficult and we had issues with the door locking/unlocking. On the first night, we put our daughter to bed in a pack n play in one of the bedrooms upstairs. She was having a hard time falling a sleep so I went in the room and laid on the floor like I always do at home to try and console her and get her to fall asleep. While doing this I noticed something had cut my hand. I looked on the floor and found a small piece of glass in the carpet. I was furious! What if my daughter had stepped on this?? I immediately moved her into a different room.
The next day we decided to hang out by the pool at the condo. It was a beautiful day. While hanging by the pool, I look inside the condo to find someone walking around living room/kitchen area!! I go running in there with no idea who this person is! Turns out it was the HVAC person who was supposed to be fixing the air condition. We had no idea that the air was not even working, let alone that someone was going to be coming in. Thankfully my daughter was not in there sleeping while this stranger came in.
The gate to the property was broken majority of the week. Once it was fixed, our code to enter the property would not work. It was a total inconvenience.
For what you pay a night here, you should not have to deal with BS like this.
This property was clean and very nice on the inside, but property management needs some help.
