Casa bem espaçosa.
Precisa trocar o sofá e poltronas estão em péssimo estado, a sensação é sentar e esperar a queda no chão, mas acredito que o proprietário sabe disso.

As acomodações são exatamente como descritas. Limpeza e conforto dos quartos. A casa internamente é bem aconchegante. O local é residencial.
Precisa de carro para se deslocar até o centro (3 minutos, no máximo). Fácil acesso por uma via principal. Pouco comércio no entorno. No mais, não tive problemas na estadia.
