About this apartment rental
Charming, bright duplex with wonderful views over the surrounding peaks, and an easy, 5 minute walk to the centre with all amenities and the two main ski lifts. This lovely 3-bedroom apartment sleeping 5 has a refurbished kitchen with a granite eating bar, a comfortable living area with new sofas and a recently refurbished bathroom with large walk-in shower and separate toilet. Quiet and peaceful but close to the centre and lifts.
Situated on the top floor and occupying the full length of a well-maintained building, this apartment benefits from being double-storey, with a large double/twin bedroom on the top floor, accessed by steep stairs, not suitable for small children. Watch out for the low beam as you enter the bedroom!
A second double/twin and a single bedroom are situated on the main floor.
There is a comfortable lounge area with 3-seater and 2-seater sofas looking out over the balcony to the amazing mountain views. The renovated kitchen/eating bar is well equipped with cutlery, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils. A small washing machine is located in the kitchen, as well as a compact dishwasher under the oven.
The newly renovated bathroom has a walk-in rain shower and heated towel rail. The toilet is separate from the bathroom.
The double rooms can be made up as twins or doubles making this a very flexible apartment which can sleep up to a maximum of five people in three bedrooms. All rooms have lots of storage and hanging space.
There are two balconies, one leading from the downstairs double bedroom and one leading from the lounge, with beautiful views and a table and chairs for outside eating. There is outdoor off-street parking reserved for apartment residents by a barrier.
In summer, we are members of the popular Multi-Pass scheme, allowing you access as pedestrians to all lifts, the swimming pool and a range of other facilities in the area.

We had a fantastic stay in this apartment in Morzine and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the whole process straightforward, with easy check-in and excellent communication throughout.The convenient parking was a real bonus, and the location was ideal – close enough to walk into Morzine town centre while also providing easy access to the many attractions and activities in the surrounding area.Although we visited outside the main season, there was still plenty to see and do, from exploring the beautiful mountain scenery to visiting nearby lakes, villages, and attractions. Morzine proved to be a wonderful base for our holiday.Overall, a great property in a fantastic location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return.

Lovely views from the property, which is well located just a 5 minute walk from nearest cable car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily book again.Rosie was very helpful and responded straight away to a couple of queries.
