Perfect location, nice terrace. Host was very reactive on questions regarding the property or tips for the neighborhood.
The staircase to the upper room and terrace is a bit hard to use over a certain age.

Great place if traveling with friends. Multiple levels to spread out and very nice rooftop terrace to hang out and relax. A short walk to the plazas in el centro historico or the restaurants of Getsemani. Direct street access makes it easy for visitors to stop by.
the door lock was a bit tricky but thankfully a physical key was provided. the refrigerator was located inside a bedroom making it difficult to grab anything without disturbing the occupant

ottimi pulizia e la posizione delle camere, letti comodi, utile anche lavatrice e asciugatrice.
L'acqua della doccia era fredda, l abbiamo anche fatto notare ma nn è cambiato nulla. Il terrazzino non è fedele alle foto, carino ma la cucina e il frigo erano sporchi.
