Very spacious, quiet and clean room. Comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon worked perfectly a d I had access to an iron and ironing board.

Inn is located right in Vere (philharmonia) district, at the Rustaveli ave, major street of Tbilisi, nearest metro Rustaveli. You have numerous cafes with traditional and European cuisine in the same block, a coffee shop, Spar supermarket and for gourmets, Badagi churchhela boutique. Air conditioner worked fine, hot water and shower condition is good, no sewer smell 👍🏻

Well the property is nice however for anyone visiting you should know that they have a self check service in which after payment they will provide you with the code you can use to enter the hotel as well as the room. I booked my own reservation and made sure to pay online however for some reasons the payment was not successful. They didn’t inform me until I arrived and I told them I’m arriving early so I kept on waiting outside they are not really responsive. I had a better expectation for the hotel and I was discouraged by the fact that they haven’t done their best to address my concerns immediately especially the hotel doesn’t have anyone from the reception inside to assist or even to answer immediately. I changed my plan last minute and changed the hotel after staying the whole hour outside chatting and texting them . I suggested to pay instead cash which I appreciate that they accepted however I couldn’t wait for them even further. I mean for a solo girl traveler I didn’t find it so safe to stay in hotel that doesn’t have receptionists in case of emergencies . So if you are okay with that then go for it!! But hope they address their customers concerns and not keeping them wait or let them initiate or suggest solutions.
