Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und komfortabel mit allem notwendigen Equipment. Die Lage war gut, um die Stadt zu erkunden und Tagesausflüge mit dem Auto durch Istrien zu unternehmen. Für Familien mit Kindern gibt es in der Nähe einen großen Spielplatz.
Morgens gab es in der Metzgerei unter dem Appartment viele Anlieferungen und Kunden, was etwas für Unruhe gesorgt hat. Auch waren die Mülltonnen vor dem Appartment nicht sehr gut aufgeräumt.
