The view and helpful service. Close to the best crossaints in the universe. Good location near the shops (4 minutes walk) and not so far from the beach (15minutes walk)
It could get noisy with open windows. I know that the host doesn’t control the guests, but everyone around was smoking at the balcony and the children in different apartments very very noisy. Without those things it would be perfect. Maybe the host could ban smoking inside and attach some information board inside not to disturb other guests with extensive noise.

View from balcony very nice. The access to swimming pool is good.
Not very clean. Staff rarely in the reception. Would have been worth staying somewhere else.
