    It turns out that the reservation image described the room as having more amenities, like a beverage refrigerator, and visually it looked like a different, more attractive room. When I arrived, the room was visually different. I should have verified that it matched the description. Additionally, I was charged taxes even though I had already paid them, and the Agoda app indicated that I shouldn't have to pay taxes because they were already paid.

    The place is an absolute dump. Other then the location, there's nothing good about it. Dirty, old and worn down. The check-in guy is an absolute disgrace. I'd booked a room with air conditioning but refused to acknowledge that and finally I ended up paying extra for air conditioning even though I'd already paid for this when I had booked on the platform. The pics are fake and they def try to scam more $$ out of you

    Good location but is not the best Rooms are ordinary. They must be more specific in the characteristics of the room to choose the one that the guest really wants.
