This attractive townhome invites you to an upscale, relaxing stay in nostalgic Bella Beach, a neighborhood of Cape Cod-style homes with its own beach access, playground, park and French café. Walk up the golden pine staircase to the second-story and the clean, open vibe of the great room, fronted by a large balcony deck with a dining table for six, Adirondack rockers and sounds of surf and ocean breezes from the Pacific across the street. The living room has suede microfiber sofas, a gas fireplace and a huge flat screen Smart TV with Youtube subscription/BluRay DVD. The trestle dining table seats eight, with three additional chairs at the elevated granite breakfast bar. It’s easy to serve your guests from the beautiful, fully equipped contemporary kitchen with its gas stove and island for added counter space. A door out back leads to another balcony deck with a gas barbecue. When it’s time to rest and retreat for the night, two gorgeous bedrooms on the third floor have luxury bedding and lots of light. We had a wonderful stay! The Bella Beach area is absolutely beautiful, and the grounds were clean and well-maintained. We loved being able to walk to the beach, the playground, and the cozy coffee shop just around the corner.The home was incredibly toddler-friendly (so many new toys to discover!) and even pet-friendly — next time, we’ll be sure to bring our fur-family along too. There were a couple of minor maintenance issues, like a broken kitchen faucet and a running toilet, but overall, it was a lovely and relaxing visit.

Awesome location at this beautiful, bright and clean townhome. We appreciated the toys and puzzles for our son and the daily hot tub soaks! The beach is accessible via stairs and the neighborhood is great for waking. Awesome crepes are just a few blocks away. Thanks for a great stay!

We've been staying in Bella Beach for over 20 years and have stayed in many of the rentals there. We love the townhomes as they are spacious and allow for lots of privacy on the three floors. This one is particularly nice as there are some ocean views. This unit, however, seems in need of some updating, especially consider the cost. I don't know if I'd rent here again unless I knew things had changed.
