Agriturismo Emidio Pepe

The location is good, the breakfast was tastefull but with very limited options, if you don’t eat sweets for breakfast and you are lactose intolerant there are not many options.

We read so much about the hospitality, but we didn’t feel it, because we booked several nights? We felt like a burdeon to the staff. At the end after we paid we found out that they have charged us for the dinner we didn’t have like more than 200 euros. We returned and they have refunded us that money, afterwards I checked thhe bill once again and found out that they charged us for the coffee and wine we didn’t drink.

View was amazing, love that they are passionate with what they are doing, food tasting was good. Didn’t pair any wine as we ordered a bottle of their wine which was absolutely divine but pretty expensive. Everything there was impeccable.

Breakfast is only average. Was expecting some home cook breakfast such as eggs as they have their own chickens but wasn’t there. Cakes were delicious.

If you are looking for a full sensory experience that gives a full hug, this is the place! Gorgeous location in the rolling foothills with a fantastic view of the Gran Sasso National Park. The accommodations are luxurious yet relaxed. The food and wine make it a place not to miss, verging on the sublime!

Not one thing!

We stayed for one week at this beautiful hotel and loved everything about our stay. I had high expectations from it's reputation and social media pages but actually being there and experiencing somewhere so unique made me feel very lucky. We had two delicious meals at the restaurant and we still dream about the granola at breakfast. It's clear that care is put into everything they do. The surrounding areas are brilliant - days driving through the Gran Sasso mountains or lazy days at the gorgeous beaches. All in all a 10/10 holiday and I really hope we can come back soon!
