Really lovely hotel. Quite isolated so a bar would have been benefical

If the rooms were half the price, it'd still be too much. Where ever the past positive feedback came from, I'd question the authenticity. Waited 20 mins for room key, hand to chase, whilst sitting in the conservatory area which has evidence of dirt everywhere. Then squeezed into the room around poorly placed furniture (there's a reason there aren't many photos of the "lower" priced rooms). There's a kitchen, but you can't use it without incurring a €30 added cost (what, why?). The main pictures are also incredibly flattering, with the help of photoshop. You'll be disappointed if you are expecting the same. Oh and if it's raining, you can't walk around the main area without slipping over and hurting yourself - no simple hand rails for steps - no thought has been given to any part of the layout. Rooms also located in areas where staff like to chat outside your room for an added touch...! Barely enough parking, and staff ignore a simple good morning. One positive, the breakfast was...okay...which is better than the rest (and the bar staff were more friendly).
