Cotton Quarters is a private adorable cottage just a few blocks from Main Street which offers privacy yet is convenient to all Fredericksburg has to enjoy. Guests at Cotton Quarters enjoy a comfortable king size bed, beautiful walk in shower and a cozy breakfast nook to partake of your morning cup of coffee. Outside is your very own private hot tub with a charming sitting area perfect for an evening glass of wine or cocktail!
- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Wonderful stay, excellent communication. In town, yet private. Walking distance for us to man street, but maybe a litter far for some.Enjoyed our stay very much and hope to stay again when driving through next time!
