The house has 5 large bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms with bathtub (one even has a shower and bathtub), spacious living-dining room, semi-industrial kitchen and a large terrace with swimming pool, with spectacular views of the Tramuntana mountains, the orientation of the terrace will allow you to enjoy magical sunsets!

Due to its location, Sunset Villa Can Calco is ideal to move easily around the island. It is excellent for cycling as Moscari is in the middle of the cycling route.

In the village of Moscari you will find some bars-cafeterias, a tobacconist and a small shop where you can do your basic shopping. In Campanet (2,5 km away) or in Selva (3,5 km away) you will find a larger supermarket and other shops.

The nearby villages like Selva or Caimari are romantic mountain villages, interesting to visit. In Caimari you will find a modern olive oil mill, where they sell all kinds of local products and show how the "liquid gold" was pressed in the old days. Not far from here, in the car park of the public swimming pool of Caimari, you will find a little hidden treasure: among the bushes hides a small museum of old times and mountain work. On the outskirts of Campanet you will find the Caves of Campanet. They are not as big and not as commercial as the famous caves on the other side of the island, so you can enjoy a wonderful tour through the interior of our land, with all its beauties, such as stalagmites and stalactites, without having to cross the island.
