Erfüllt ihren Zweck, aber mehr auch nicht.
Die Lage ist top, die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Straße im Zentrum Warnemündes. Bis zum Meer ca. 10 Min Fußweg. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und bietet genug Platz. Die Wohnung war sauber. Küche gut ausgestattet.
Das Sofa ist leider etwas versifft und dreckig. Um es auszuziehen, benötigt es 3 Personen und die Anleitung via Google Suche. Letztendlich ist es einfach kaputt. Zum Schlafen eine Zumutung. Unten drunter eine kleine Armee an Wollmäusen. Die Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern sind durchgelegen und könnte man auch austauschen. Die Teflon Pfannen sollte man nicht mehr benutzen, sie sind total zerkratzt. Die Wände könnten zumindest ausgebessert werden. Die Wohnung ist schmucklos und eher lieblos eingerichtet.

Generell top
Alles was man so braucht ist vorhanden. Sehr gut ausgestattete und saubere Küche. Sauberes Bettzeug und Handtücher. Super Lage und viel Raum um sich auch mal zurückziehen zu können. Großer Esstisch für schöne gemeinsame Mahlzeiten und Spieleabende. Toll, dass es zwei Bäder gibt, das entspannt die gesamte Wohnsituation. Die Lage ist schön zentral und gerade einmal 100m von einem Edeka entfernt. Der dazu buchbare Parkplatz erspart es einem ewig in der Umgebung zu suchen.
Das Ausziehsofa ist viel zu kurz für eine erwachsene Person und wir wollten nichts mit Gewalt kaputt machen, haben es somit auch nicht zu vollen breite ausgezogen bekommen. Außerdem war es unterm Sofa sehr dreckig. Es wird also nur geputzt wo man auch sehen kann...
