About this villa rental
Fantastic house with private pool and garden very close to Palma de Mallorca and with direct road access to the Sierra de Tramuntana, with capacity for up to 6 people. Ideal for families and/or cyclists. Tourist licence number: ETV/16141 - CA'N ALONSO.
The main house has 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds), two bathrooms, living-dining room and fully equipped kitchen.
In the outdoor area of the house, you can relax in the swimming pool and admire the beautiful views of the mountains and the garden surrounded by fruit trees. The pool, terrace, garden, 4 parking spaces in the same building, and a bathroom are located just in front of the house. It is a very quiet area, so you will be able to enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with complete tranquillity.
Swimming towels not included.
This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply by taking a bus (stop 50 metres from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipal term of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments, you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by.

Rules:
** The rules in this property are very strict: parties are forbidden and be careful with noise, as this is a residential area, if these rules are breached, the entire deposit will be penalised.
It is completely forbidden to smoke inside the property, and failure to comply with the rule will result in a penalty.
Please maintain order and cleanliness inside the villa.
-Guests will be obliged to take charge of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the containers or established collection points before the end of their stay.
- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa
Reservation Conditions:
- Visitors must pay a deposit of 500.00 Euros before arrival, which will be returned upon departure. This property is recommended for families or groups seeking tranquillity; for groups under 30 years old, an additional deposit of 500€ will be required on top of the standard 500€ deposit.
- Cleaning Fee (£150) to be paid upon arrival.
- Tourist Tax: £2.20/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
*** According to the current law in the Balearic Islands, you will only find a replacement of basic necessary goods in the house. If you need anything, please ask in advance to your welcome host. Thank you and sorry for the inconvenience.

There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance as well as a nearby Frutería that had all the staples! A 13 minute walk from the house is Restaurante Es Porxo which was really lovely. Overall a great stay and lovely house! Location is central to drive to other great spots.
Be sure to read through the description fully as they do charge a fee for a late checkin among other things. It is all laid out, but you may miss some details! Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash not provided and we were only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper. You can stock up on what you need at the Frutería down the road (near Sauvage Restaurante). Italian restaurant across the street is good and open late.

As a group of 6 ladies travelling, this villa was perfect. It was decorated and maintained to a high standard and the location was incredibly peaceful. The garden and pool area are beautiful and we made use of the abundance of fresh oranges and lemons growing in the garden. The living spaces are large and airy. We did not have a car but used the bus from the stop just a minute away which ran frequently and was very reliable. The journey takes around 25 minutes at a cost of 2 Euros. If you want authenticity, the small bar and bakery next door are real gems, as is the Italian restaurant opposite. The only watch out is that if you are getting a taxi you must ask for the address in Establiment as our driver took us to a different town with the same road name around 15 minutes further away.
We couldn't fault this property and can't wait to go back.

This was an incredible experience for us. We were looking for a quiet place to enjoy the quiet and sunshine by the pool. The place was very very clean and the hosts met us in person to give us keys and give us some nice restaurant s to go to, that were both amazing. Definitely recommend getting a car as it is so much easier to get around. Overall would love to come here again. The only thing is that they do not provide any soap for hand washing for anything for the laundry detergent.

The house is lovely. Erick & Toni were very quick to respond and help with requests. There were two bottles of water on arrival which was a nice gesture but no basics as salt, pepper etc.
Unfortunately the house next door was being totally renovated. Between machines and load musik from early morning until late night 7 days a week it was impossible to sit out side by the pool.
Because of this our friends left after one night. Erick kindly offered to repay the tourist tax for them. We spent little time at the house because of the noise. My opinion is that the house should not be rented out until the work next door is finished. Our holiday and our friends holiday were spoilt. Every day was stressful. Erick was polite and friendly all the way but should have given us a part refund as I suggested.
