The termales are wonderful, surrounded by plants, the water is natural, there are hot and cold pools.
The breakfast was very basic for the price of this hotel, as well as the rooms. When we arrived our room had no towels and soap. For a hotel in this category and pricing I would at least expect to find towels in the room.

The pools and the location and views were beautiful.
The food menu was a little boring and could be improved. Also, they hand you 2 different menus at the table, without explaining why and the limited range of dishes are mostly repeated on both menus.

The Termales, the water park, the staff, the super good food, the weather super cool and very comfortable with beautiful nature surroundings. The atmosphere is calm, relaxing, and well maintained. Perfect place to unwind and enjoy peaceful, natural vibes.

The environment and the staff where always friendly and helpful.
The value for money isn not balanced, the shower had pressure issues, the additional expense not included (VAT) in the total cost is not fair for the moment when making the booking decision. The perceived value is lower.
