纽约ZUHUA长岛(Hofstra University) （霍夫斯特拉大学）民宿！

The location was clean and in a very nice neighborhood. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was because of the parking difficulty, which, if I'm being fair, was beyond the hosts control. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

The parking rules and the shared rest room facilities. Everything else was too shelf!

The room is big, clean, the best thing is it has a small fridge for me to keep drink or fruit cool. The TV is a little small, but more than enough for me. Bed is comfortable for one or two people. Neighborhood and the street are quiet. There is kitchen available for me to use, but didn't use it too much. Owner responsed my questions quickly. Overall, good valu, good stay.

The only thing I don't like is the parking. Other than Sat and Sun, I can only park the car on the street from 4PM to 8AM. I need to park my car 2 streets away. Not far to walk, but a little bit of headache.

Confusing communication in the beginning was resolved swiftly I didn't realize that there were multiple bedrooms that were available for rent and that the bathroom was shared.

It was clean. The owner was friendly, but it took sometime for him to answer my questions

It was cold for November. He didn’t point out that there was a heater hidden in the closet. I had four cold nights, relatively. If you want to use the washing machine, you have to pay $20 dollars. If you want to cook in the kitchen, you are limited certain foods. As if I needed to cook something extravagant. I didn’t enjoy my stay, although, it was a quite neighborhood and the other tenants were quite. Although, I heard one of the other tenants snore. That eliminates the idea of having soundproof walls. One last thing, the owner was really welcoming, but his English wasn’t good enough.
