Ideale per chi cerca quiete, serenità, spazi ampi ed è ben disposto a qualche minuto di auto un più.
Deliziosa villetta situata in aperta campagna, a una decina di minuti in auto da Orte. Non isolata in quanto adiacente a un agriturismo. La casa è nuova, silenziosa, pulita e luminosa. Ottimale per chi cerca spazi ampi e vuole starsene lontano dal chiasso e dal rumore.
Un rumore abbastanza allarmante causato dall’impianto idaulico ha un po’ disturbato il nostro soggiorno…ma i titolari lo risolveranno nei prossimi giorni.

Bellissima casa immersa nel verde, pulita e appena ristrutturata. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza alle terme di Orte. Ottimo qualità e prezzo.

Avrei preferito una recinzione poiché c'era un cane che entrava spesso in giardino e per quanto una zona tranquilla avrei gradito maggiore sicurezza. Ma questo è piu un consiglio per i proprietari poiché comunque la nostra vacanza è stata piacevole

Fijn huisje, landelijk gelegen met uitzicht op dorpjes en stadjes in een stille omgeving.
La Casetta ligt ongeveer 5 km van het plaatsje Orte met een weids uitzicht over het platte land en de dorpjes/stadjes rondom. Vlakbij de snel-en autoweg, dus als uitvalbasis naar andere plekken een goede plek. Tegenover het huisje is een agriturismo waar je vanaf donderdag tot en met zondag heerlijk kan eten, ideaal als je een lange dag weg bent geweest. Het klimaatsysteem in huis zorgt ervoor dat je altijd een koel huis hebt, mits je de ramen en deuren gesloten houdt. De eigenaresse was niet aanwezig voor de sleutels, wel een vriendin die de honneurs waarnam, een hele enthousiaste vrouw die veel (aanvullende) informatie had voor onze lijst van dingen die we wilden doen en zien. Orte ligt in Lazio en vlakbij Umbrië, dus vele historische en culturele plaatsen liggen op auto afstand.
Er was geen stop in de wasbak en gootsteen, ook geen teiltje, dus afwassen en een kleine handwas was eigenlijk niet mogelijk. Met fantasie en improvisatie kom je ook een eind, maar ideaal is het niet. Er was ook geen keukentextiel, dus onze ovenbroodjes hebben we met een badhanddoek uit de oven gehaald. De afzuigkap was niet echt schoon in de verdere schone accommodatie.

Tutto!!! Il posto splendido splendido splendido! All'interno e all'esterno. Ho viaggiato tanto nell'ultimo anno. Devo dire che si avverte immediatamente quando il luogo è stato pensato per farti sentire bene, per farti sentire a casa. Dalle luci nel parcheggio, le luci intorno a casa, il giardino curatissimo, gli spazi ampi e aperti della casa, i dettagli all'interno. La bellezza in ogni cosa! Che riempie gli occhi e il cuore... Iper super mega meraviglioso!
