Una villetta nuovissima, dotata dei migliori servizi. decisamente da 10 pieno. La location è immersa nella campagna, ma non si è soli, un agriturismo è di fronte la casa.
Il navigatore satellitare purtroppo tende a fare strade più corte. Se malauguratamente sceglie la via che passa sotto Bassano in Teverina, vi ritroverete una strada sterrata molto ripida e con brecciolino che tende a far scivolare la vettura. Consiglio di passare sotto Orte e scrivere sul navigatore "centro logistico munizionamento e armamento - Aeronautica militare" La strada costeggia la ferrovia alta velocità. Di fronte la caserma scrivere sul navigatore "La Casetta" e arriverete in piena tranquillità.

Deliziosa villetta situata in aperta campagna, a una decina di minuti in auto da Orte. Non isolata in quanto adiacente a un agriturismo. La casa è nuova, silenziosa, pulita e luminosa. Ottimale per chi cerca spazi ampi e vuole starsene lontano dal chiasso e dal rumore.
Un rumore abbastanza allarmante causato dall’impianto idaulico ha un po’ disturbato il nostro soggiorno…ma i titolari lo risolveranno nei prossimi giorni.

Bellissima casa immersa nel verde, pulita e appena ristrutturata. Abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza alle terme di Orte. Ottimo qualità e prezzo.
