About this cottage rental
Ground floor: kitchen, living room with sitting area and wood-burning stove, veranda, 1 bedroom (1 single bed 100cm) with en-suite shower room (large shower with seat and grab bar for people with reduced mobility), separate WC with grab bar.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160cm and 1 single bed 90cm, interior shutters), 1 bedroom (1 double bed 140cm, interior shutters), bathroom (small bathtub, hairdryer), WC.
Baby equipment: wooden high chair, baby bath, potty, changing mat and stair gate (travel cot available on request).
Gas central heating
High-speed Wi-Fi internet.
Garden; Dining table, low-ceilinged lounge area, relaxation area, sun loungers and deck chairs, swing set, ping-pong table, badminton, pétanque/board games
Included: electricity and gas heating (additional charge for excess consumption and firewood)

In a peaceful setting, nestled in the heart of an orchard where apple trees burst into bloom in spring, this cottage is perfect for nature lovers (hiking trails/information available on site). You might even spot a deer, a squirrel, or a great spotted woodpecker... The Haras National du Pin (National Stud Farm of Le Pin), a must-see attraction, is just 6 km away.
Pets are not allowed.
The price does not include: Firewood: €26/bin. Heating is included at a rate of 1 m³ per day in mid-season and 2 m³ in low season = this corresponds to heating to approximately 20°C.

The house is beautiful with large spaces and big garden. The host was kind and we found cider and homemade jam as gift. Some general repairs could be useful. Price in very good. Perfect location to visit Normandy and all facilities close to the house. Absolutely recommended. Thanks to Isabelle
