Apartment was beautiful! Huge spa and master bathroom was such a treat! Really enjoyed the 2nd bathroom for our teenage boys so we didn't have to share also! Really pretty view into Vegas and was fun to watch the Sphere adds and pictures from our balcony! Great kitchen with anything you needed and ice machine in the hall is great for filling up drink bottles for full days exploring Vegas! Bed was comfortable and large room size didn't feel crammed or too full with 4 of us! Perfect 🤌

We were told we couldnt leave with our car after arriving on the first night due to car park being over booked. So we had to take a cab to go out to dinner. Second night no one mentioned anything when we left for dinner and when we came back late after midnight we were told we couldn't park in our hotel as it was full again. We were directed to park a 20minute walk away in paid parking. Which was upsetting. The lady was very unclear in directions but said we could get our parking validated by reception so atleast we would have no fee. Just a 20minute walk each way to get our car. Next day reception and concierge all knew nothing about the parking validation and we had to speak to 3 different areas before anyone would help but all said they didn't validate parking. Advise would be dont expect to have free parking included as it states on their booking and you wont be disappointed. Because its not really free parking if you cant get your car out and have to pay for a cab or need to walk 20minutes there and back to collect your car from a paid parking lot. 😪

The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen, as well. The room was very large and even though the decor was a little dated, it was nice. The valet guys very very attentive.

The staff at the check in desk were far from friendly. It took forever to get our luggage to our room. It made us late to meet our family. The plumbing was terrible. We had major problems. There are no gift shops, coffee shops, or any kind of services in this building. The coffee in the room was gross. It needs k-cup machine so guests can bring their own.
