Really easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and extremely helpful. They were also very patient with all my questions and answered them very quickly. This really made my experience a lot less stressful as it was very confusing to get around in Reserva Conchal.
As it was my first time in Costa Rica, I wasn’t aware how restricted access is to Reserva Conchal and how isolated it was. The location made it quite stressful to find food in the morning and at night. Tour pick ups and taxis were also very difficult considering security is so tight.

The property was tastefully decorated and quite comfortable. Very private with beautiful views of the area, golf course and pool from your balcony. We felt very safe with the gated entrance of the overall resort.

The water didn’t get very hot for shower. And it’s was difficult to put family on the list for the front gate.
