Horrible

I found bed bugs in our bed in the morning. There was a party going on until 3 am inside of the hotel and it was incredibly loud, I had to request a room change and still could not sleep. It was a terrible experience

Nice environment, limited service.

Modern and well designed space

1. Entrance to parking lot was very confusing to me and multiple Uber drivers 2. No toilet paper was provided for first night 3. Food service seemed limited. Not sure if breakfast was included with stay 4. Shower door was not properly installed and water leaked all over floor 5. Iron was dirty and stained my dress shirt

The morning breakfast.

To start with the rooms with NO FRESH AIR the windows are a one piece of glass,(can't open)service they provided was poor and inefficient .The AC unit they have does not make a difference, does not cool down the room at all.

Great place, but it can be better

The staff is really nice, and the facilities are clean and comfortable.

You need to open the hot water and waist a lot of water but really a lot to make the hot water to come if you are in the lasts floors, and besides the waist of water is also time consuming so if you want to wake up, take a shower and leave quickly is not an option.

The price-value factor of this hotel is excellent, since it has very good facilities, clean and well located at a price I would say even low.

When we first arrived at our room there was no energy, but the guy at the main desk was very helpful and as soon as I returned to the room everything was OK.
