Appartement propre et fraichement rénové. Bien équipé et avec tout le nécessaire à disposition pour la cuisine et la salle de bain.
L'insonorisation entre les appartements n'est pas parfaite et pourrait être améliorée, sans pour autant être derrangeante. Le prix est peut-être un peu cher.
