Estaba céntrico en una zona cómoda. El personal muy dispuesto cuando le requerimos cambiar los estropajos sucios y ropa de cama para el frío.
Se oía el ruido de la calle, de los espacios comunes y los vecinos como si las paredes fueran de papel. No estaba muy limpio. El sofá cama muy incómodo como para dormir en el. Vajilla y mobiliario de cocina muy escaso y poco funcional. Tuvimos que pedir trapo de cocina y estropajo nuevos porque los que estaban daban mucho asco de los sucios que estaban. La limpieza del apartamento muy superficial. Había pelos y suciedad por todo el suelo.
