The beds are so uncomfortable. All 3 of them felt as if you were sleeping on box springs. I own a hard mattress but these beds are very uncomfortable. We were looking forward to sleeping well, that did not happen

Arely nos recibió en el departamento, nos explico todo sobre el, muy amables todos desde don Rafa, don Alberto que están en la pluma, Arely que en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nosotras, el depa hermoso , olía super limpio! Amenidades de calidad! Muy completa la cocina ! De cortesía nos dejaron unos snack y que podíamos usar lo que había ahí de alacena había azúcar , café , aceite, especias! Y cuentan con agua purificada para nuestro uso! Servilletas de papel y servi toallas de verdad que todo muy completo Las Areas muy limpias ! Nos topamos varias veces con la señora que limpia áreas limpiando el elevador y las escaleras, la verdad nos sentimos muy cómodos ! Hay sillas , sombrilla, toallas de playa, nevera que puedes ocupar claro teniendo cuidado la verdad 10 de 10!

Solo las camas un poco duras para mí gusto que claro en gusto se rompen géneros! Gracias 🫂 tezal por ser comprometidos con sus huéspedes!

Departamento muy bonito, limpio y ordenado. Se encuentra en en el quinto piso y es un edificio muy tranquilo. La cocina está muy bien equipada y limpia. La lavandería es sencilla y eficiente. Las dos sillas y sombrilla de playa es un plus. Aire acondicionado en todas las áreas. Bonita decoración y vista. La alberca en la azotea está súper agusto. 10/10

Los condensadores de los aires acondicionados están en el balcón y hacen mucho ruido. Las persianas del cuarto principal dejan entrar demasiada luz

Areli our host, was very attentive and kind. The condo itself is a good size with some nice amenities. The sofa was fabulous and very comfortable. They provided two beach chairs and an umbrella plus a cooler & beach towels, which was nice. The beach chairs were rotted & straps all broken though- so very difficult to carry it through the Riu property to the beach. There was ample space and a nice large gathering table. The AC worked well. Also would be nice to have a queen size bed instead of a double for a couple in the main bedroom. They also had a 5 gal jug of water for drinking (1/2 gone)- but nice to have - just have to exchange it at the Oxxo down the street for $3. WiFi was strong- which is good because we had to work and needed good WiFi.

From the moment we walked in the smell of cigarettes hit us in the face. We didn't know it was a smoking property and wish we had been aware because we would not have booked it. Two of us have chronic lung issues so this was extremely disappointing. Our host gave us some options to move the next day, but we had already settled & didn't like the other property offered. Very huge bummer. The beds were the worst we've ever slept on- rock hard and so uncomfortable. The shower water pressure was non existent. Like the worst shower we've ever taken. Water just trickles out. It's either the wrong shower head or a water pressure issue, or a dirty/clogged shower head. Be aware that the cupboards are like for a 7 foot person. Can't reach anything on any shelf very well. There was not a step stool either- just so odd to have designed it this way. Didn't like the location- but certain that's why it was a good deal. There is beach access about 10-12 min walk away through Riu resort, but not a great beach since water breaks right on shore.
