Beautiful homestay on a working cattle property half hour from Dorrigo. Home is very comfortable and homely. Extremely generous with kitchen food staples, plus first morning hot bread arrived and second morning scones arrived with host Hugh. Very yummy 😁. Very enjoyable stay and highly recommended. Sophie loveable pet dog is just gorgeous and loves to play ball with everyone.. Good communication with Janine , absent during our stay but hubby Hugh did a very good job of making our stay very enjoyable.

Loved the whole place, the views, the cottage, the cows, the stars, the sunsets. Hugh and Janienne are fabulous hosts. All the little extras like fresh bread and scones. Going out in the buggy meeting the cows.

The homemade bread was superb and so were the surprise scones with jam and cream! The bed and doona were very comfortable and snug. Breakfast was adequate and was nice to have a Nespresso machine. Also enjoyed the visits from Sophie the Labrador as well as Hugh.

We had a wonderful weekend at Fay's Cottage. The location is beautiful with views out across the valley and mountains. Sunset on the deck was amazing and a great way to unwind after exploring Dorrigo and surrounds. The cottage is lovely and tidy. It had comfortable beds and was well stocked with all we needed to cook our meals. The hosts were wonderful and informative. We enjoyed delicious fresh bread for breakfast and scones with jam and cream for afternoon tea. The farm tour was also a highlight, meeting the cows and learning about the running of the farm. Overall a very memorable and enjoyable stay and we would love to come back again.
