Very worth it

The hotel offers everything you need, the rooms are very spacious and clean, there is a supermarket at 100 meters and the working people are very nice

Good for the price!

Room was bigger than expected and the water pressure in the shower was good. The a/c was nice as well.

Bed and pillow wasn’t comfortable. The toilet was in a small room, separate from the shower. A mini fridge would be good.

good location near by every thing. near de metro and to a main avanue which facilitates its location. and is near the hospital i have to visit

We left a day early as the beds were uncomfortable & no luggage storage. Basic rooms, wouldn’t stay here again.

Large room. Close to subway station.

Firm bed, mould in shower, no luggage storage, reception is a 10min walk from room (& two elevators/through parking lot), reception does not speak any English & terrible wifi.

Room service was always dependable and the food was decent nothing to rave about

I came to this hotel to recover from surgery. They did not allow me to have more than 2 pillows in my room when I asked for more based on my surgeons directions. They did not allow Uber eats to deliver my food to my room and they didn’t allow staff members to deliver my food. I had to walk a very long walk to the lobby to pick up my food which was extremely inconvenient and painful.

The perfect hotel to spend fun nights with your couple. Elegant, clean and very comfortable. You can connect your mobile to the sound system in the room. Very friendly staff. Geat location near the metro.

There was some sort of construction going on from very early hours in the morning and I work from home so I had to take some zoom calls and it was very difficult to do so with all that noise. Annoying. Also the internet was VERY slow and it dropped a few times

the hotel charged me more than the confirmation on the price with booking. This is NOT acceptable! Further, there were sex toys advertising in the room from the hotel! Not acceptable!
