I needed a low-cost location in the Perova Blvd area to serve as a base while traveling in Ukraine. Not fancy but convenient, tidy, and a great value.
I really have no complaints. 1. Suggestion: add an oven would be great. 2. Replace the shower fixtures

The place now has window blinds. It also has wifi. There are also friendly locals sat at the entrance to practice your Russian.
Ok this place is cheap and if you know how to use the bus you are ok. But when I stayed the lift broke and the the rubbish chute STANK. The entrance is from the Saw movie set. The place is on the 7th floor. There is no air conditioning but there is a fan.
