The rooms are tastefully decorated to create a calming island-style ambience. Natural light brightens the living room furnished with cozy sofas and chairs facing a big screen television. Ocean-themed artwork and rattan tables enhance the tropical feel.

A screened-in balcony makes the ideal setting for breakfast with a garden view or cocktails as the sun goes down. The lush greenery and flowers surrounding the balcony fill the air with the fragrant scent of the tropics.

The bright, airy kitchen is filled with all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare everything from a family dinner to a tray of hors d’oeuvres to serve guests on the balcony.

The bedrooms are decorated with ocean blue walls and floral fabrics, and they both offer ample closet and drawer space.

We want your vacation to be nothing short of perfect, so we’ve made sure you have everything you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, towels and a washer and dryer. You’ve also got everything you need for a day at the beach, like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella.

So put on your flip-flops and sunglasses and take the brief, pleasant walk to the warm sands and turquoise water of the Marco Island beach, which can be accessed using the access point located at the intersection of South Collier Boulevard and Maple Avenue.

The Mariner surrounds you with amenities. Take a refreshing dip in one of the two heated pools then dry off on a sun lounger on the spacious brick deck ringed by palm trees.

If you’re in the mood for dining out after a day of fun and sun, you’re just a short walk from some of the Island’s favorite restaurants, like Joey’s Pizza, Nene’s, Doreen’s Cup of Joe and Thai Sushi by KJ.
