We needed two beds and two bathrooms, both of which were lovely. In the end we didn’t need to use any of the cooking facilities as we were eating out a lot. It was very quiet which was great, as I am a light sleeper. Our hosts were just lovely, very welcoming and gave us tips on where to visit.
These are only minor points:
Black out curtains in the bedroom with the patio doors would have been wonderful as it was extremely bright in there. Thankfully we bought our eye masks with us so we survived.
The individual chair in the lounge area also is a little bum-numbing!

Whole layout was great. Couldn’t fault it. Loved having separate bathrooms - no arguments when we both wanted a shower
Very hot. Even when radiators turned down - still hot.
Plug in air fresheners were over powering.
Stairs were steep and slippery. Even the handrail was slippery. Gutters over flowed in heavy rain.
Could hear people next door talking and strong food smells came through. Even into wardrobes.
Shame we couldn’t make use of the pool as we could see it.

Her accomodation exceeded our expectations. Even her restaurant recomendation was so good we spent 4 hours in awe of the food and coastal view.

Very comfortable and homely. Quiet location close to town. The welcome pack containing nibbles and biscuits was a lovely surprise.
Kerry our host was easily contactable and very helpful.
