Spacious apartment on a quiet dead-end street about a mile from downtown Elm street. The location is perfect! It is located an hour from each of the following: ocean, lakes region, mountains and Boston.
Inside you walk into a large eat-in kitchen with full amenities including stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee keurig and ample cooking paraphernalia. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather couch and cozy over-sized chair, electric fire place for ambiance and VIZIO flat screen smart television with WiFi access. The two main bedrooms each have queen-size beds, large dressers with mirrors and closets. The third bedroom has a twin-size bed, dresser and desk space.
In addition you'll find a full-sized washer and dryer in the laundry area and a beautifully newly remodeled bathroom.
The building is secure with unit specific entry codes to enter the building.

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment and the landlady has it very well stocked. The apartment is local to all of Manchester and easy walking to many locations.

Enjoyed staying here and was very comfortable for a long term stay. Easy access to Manchester/Concord area. Property was in a quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication with the owner. Property was in good condition and stocked with essentials for extended stay. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. During a couple of snow events, owner provided good communication on when snow removal would happen.
To make it perfect, I would suggest an update to listing. There was no DVD player and based on listing, we brought some holiday movies which we could have not packed. TV could use some brief instructions. We never found out where to find local channels for news weather, etc. Also, the beds could use mattress upgrades. We found only one that was comfortable..
We stayed over the holiday season and received a beautiful gift of a sweet bread for Christmas. It was delicious and enjoyed by the entire family at our celebration..
Overall, we would recommend this property and is great for an extended stay. Thanks, Nadia!

We rented this apartment instead of staying in a hotel while visiting home. It was easy, clean and comfortable. Nadia communicated well and evens offered to come over when we couldn’t figure out how to make the TV work. We were a little concerned about cleanliness when we first entered the entry way, but the rental itself was just as listed and had everything we needed for the week.
