Loved the property overlooks the mountains and the city. The landscape and flowers are beautiful the pool is nice and the Spanish style architecture is lovely. The spa was nice with staff very nice and the steam room was a great surprise. However, we were right next a conference room and they started playing music and audio for a mass at 7 am. Not what I expected on vacation and if the staff knew this was going to happen why not place on a different floor or area of the property? Really felt they should have done something with the amount we paid. That was my only complaint being woken up.
Placement of our room to loud teenage girls that were on a retreat and the mass with load speakers and music. Door could have blocked the noises better but it might take away for the style of the architecture ?

Good location, nice clean rooms.
During checkout I was asked to pay 30% more than the price indicated in my Booking reservation. The staff explained that the taxes and extra charges were not included however the reservation was clear that the price was final.
The staff was not accepting the argument that Booking confirms only final prices and any additions cannot be applied.
Finally I paíd the right price but the staff was insisting that I should pay more.
