Please train your staff on how to be friendly.

It was very clean and the location was good. Parking was convenient.

The rooms were tiny and uncomfortable for 2 people.

Never again

Room is not comfortable and it was cold. We asked for Handycap room and we didnot get it till we explain to the front desk then they gave us the wrong room and we went again to front desk to change it again. There was no closet. We have to ask for extra blanket because the room was cold. They didnot clean the room till we asked so we missed 1 day for cleaning and clean towels.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean with a spacious bathroom. Beds are comfortable and the water pressure in the shower is great. Breakfast is very good

Location

Watering in the middle of the night and water was coming on to the windows, and the fact that I’ve had to change the keys for room 3 times one of them did not work

Absolutely nothing. I am lucky because I had spend only night day there...

The parking place does not exists. Really crazy situation, because the location of the hotel is middle of the city. If you come by car, you will get in trouble during the parking process. I almost had to pay twice for the breakfast. At the first time when I booked the hotel, secondly at when I checked out - very funny group... Please do not use the bathroom If you like the clear place....

Mixed impression

Underground parking, very good breakfast, good location close to the city center. The room was small but cozy and cleverly designed. (Great steak and burger place just across the street named Beef Republic.)

Personnel didn't speak English much and some of them seemed to be "burnt out". Room cleaning happens only if you ask for it the day before, which is a great eco approach, but the service didn't work properly and no cleaning happened on the prearranged day (and not only for our room), the cleaning lady came the next day when we were already leaving.

Great location with brilliant breakfast.

Breakfast really good, much better than expected and much much better than an expensive hotel in SE England.

Parking tricky as we had a roof box, wevweee too big for the car park but this wasnt the fault of the hotel!

Nice new clean hotel in the heart of Pforzheim. Great restaurant choices in walking distance.

The breakfast buffet was very good. So many different choices! I stayed for four days and there was something different and yummy every day. Gluten free, dairy free, and even vegan choices. The staff was also very helpful. I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the fact that each room had its own climate control.

The style, coziness, free coffee.

The "restaurant" offers only frozen food (everything) to be warmed up in the oven. Also at breakfast, bread and bread-like products were still frozen. Pforzheim is very ugly. Only very thick pillows.

great location. clean and typical Ibis standard. despite asking for a quiet room, inwas given a room towards the loud street?! But the staff was nice enough to give me quieter room towards the courtyard.

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

The location is ok. The staff is very helpful and friendly; most of them spoke English fluently. The room wasn't really cleaned during my staying but the floor map was changed daily. The cost was very affordable. The food was all right.

The location is ok; however, it is across the street from a bar, and a video game place, which got a little loud late on weekend. The breakfast at first was great until it wasn't. Eating exactly the same thing for 12 days was exhausting :)
