It’s aesthetically pleasing
The sheets duvet, towels and extra pillows were not clean they had brown stains. There’s no iron and a bin. The kitchen sink is small.

It’s been almost a week and my deposit has not been refunded back to me. I am not pleased with the service I’m getting from their reception.

The place is secured and tidy
Checking in and out was so difficult as there was no one to receive us as guests until I had to call for the gate to be opened and for us to receive the keys. Checking our again was the same struggle
