Refined apartment in the city center, a few steps from Piazza Duomo and very close to all the main monuments of the city. You can leave the car and forget about the traffic, enjoy all the beauties of Florence in freedom without forgetting the excellent cuisine. Staying in the heart of Florence can be very fascinating and this requires a little patience in case you might feel some noise coming from the street.
This large and comfortable 75sqm apartment is located on the second floor of a characteristic period building from the 14th century (former convent) which still retains its unique features, in an elegant context in the historic center, overlooking the central market of San Lorenzo and on the Church of San Lorenzo. The beautiful Piazza Duomo and the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore is just 500 m away, and all the main attractions are easily reached on foot. Our apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, and has a large living room with sofa and sitting area, open kitchen with dining area, two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with a double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, bidet and hairdryer. All the furniture is extremely refined and refined in detail, and the wood of the parquet and ceiling with exposed beams makes the atmosphere particularly warm and welcoming, you will feel just like you were at home! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils, and will allow you to prepare quick snacks or full meals. Our guests will also have air conditioning, unlimited free WiFi, TV and independent heating.
The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay. Our keyholder will contact you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected or clarification we will be reachable by phone or e-mail.
At the time of check-in we will need to record the data of each guest for the sole purpose of law, therefore we will ask you to show a valid document.
Please note that check-ins after the indicated time must be agreed directly with the structure and include a supplement as follows:
between 21:00 and 23:00 >> € 25
between 11pm and midnight >> € 30
over 24 >> € 40
SECURITY DEPOSIT AND CITY TAX. The security deposit, of 100 euros, will be collected in cash on arrival and released at check out, subject to monitoring of the apartment.
The tourist tax will also be collected on arrival in cash and will be calculated based on the number of guests and the number of nights.

The location is amazing and this apartment could be truly magical. There are original features that make it charming.
Check in was complex, I needed to complete advance information but the webform frequently malfunctioned so it took me over an hour.
The host was waiting for us but getting in touch wasnt easy. We were in right on time though. You need to carry bags up 1 flight of stairs.
The apartment is quirky - it feels like someones home full of knick knacks and mismatched cutlery. You could certainly cook full meals here. We found someones health card, and vintage toys. Theres a sewing machine in one bedroom!
The location is exceptional - right across from the central market (where we ate often). However each night the stalls are renoved and the street cleaned making the front bedroom very noisy - the back bedroom is fine.
Equally clothes storage in the front bedroom is non-existant whereas the back bedroom has a dressing room.
There are small details needed to make this excellent. There was a shard of broken glass mirror in the dressing room. The electrical items had tape on the cords which felt uncomfortable. Lighting was very dim. The wifi was intermittent and didnt always reach the rear bedroom.
All of our party got several bites which hasnt happened in the other 3 cities we have visited.
The place needs clearing out, a spruce up, potentially fumigating and the hazards removing. Then it would be 5 stars.
