Location and accommodation was good. Host (Maria) was not helpful to me
Place was very central and clean.
Was very little sheets and only 1 pillow per bed which was very small. We had paid nearly€500 for two nights as it was at the time of a large football event so accommodation was expensive/in demand.
My main issue is that I left a pair of sunglasses by mistake and contacted Maria who met me with the key. She said she would price postage for sending me the sunglasses to Ireland which I would pay and I`ve contacted her for over three weeks and she keeps stating they will be sent on and will be back to me the next day etc.
Now she is ignoring any contact and has obviously decided she can keep the glasses which were expensive and new and sell them (which is very disappointing given the price paid for the room and fact I told her she didn`t need to make up the second bed which wasn`t made up even though we booked for 2 rooms (and did myself).

Pleasant
The location is great. It's a ten minute walk from the train station and very central. There is a supermarket across the street and lots of restaurants around. Kitchen is well equiped, there is even an oven.
The electricity went out two out of the three nights I was there. The host wasn't very responsive (she read my messages but didn't reply) and I had to call her multiple times before she came. There was no AC and no clothing rack, even though both were advertised in the listing. Though the kitchen was well equipped, only half of the pans and pots were suitable for an induction stove.

Perfect, modern and beautiful place in a great location!
Maria was very friendly and helpful. The apartment is great, spacious, in a perfect location to explore the city. It is modern and really beautiful.
In the kitchen, there was cooking material which did not fit with the induction cooking stove. So we could not cook with the big pans and had to use 2 small pans in order to make water boil.
Just below the apartment there is a night club. It is almost impossible to sleep before 2 o´clock in the morning. (we were in apartment nr. 2) Music inside and people standing outside the night club talking very loudly. This has to be written in the property description. And we are NOT noise sensitiv. But it was unbearable.

Appartment is above a Nightclub - very loud music into the apprtment at least on Fridays and Saturdays, so not recommended to stay here on weekends.
In the main bathroom the toilet was not properly functioning - lid was broken and the flushing mechanics broken as well. A repair was promised for the 2nd day but did not happen - then no communication for the next 2 days. We proposed a small refund for this, but even that was not accepted - instead it was claimed "everything is working fine". So you can not trust the host at all.
Beds are not very comfortable, very soft mattress and the sofabed in the living room has "steps" in the mattress.

Excellent location
No wi fi. , no washing facilities and very sparsely decorated leaves it cold and clinical. Things like the bed side lights being too dim to read by don’t help. Host could be a bit more accomodating. All of which is fixable with a bit of attention.

Many stairs not described anywhere…the air conditioner is too loud and not enough for two rooms. There is no chair in the smaller room to pack. The ceiling in the big bedroom is very dangerous, I even hit my head.

Me encantó la ubicación en una zona con mucha vida y cerca de todos los momentos importantes de Udine
El trato del personal aunque cordial a, sido poco profesional, de entrada nos reciben dejándonos atrás,María que venía en bicicleta pretendía que fuéramos a la misma velocidad de su bicicleta mientras nos orientaba, hacía la puerta del apartamento, y le tuvimos que llamar nuevamente ya que la perdimos de vista, por otro lado quiero destacar que habíamos perdido las llaves, que después aparecieron pero el trato no fue el mejor aunque le escribimos por Whatsapp estuvo mi padre más de 1 hora esperando que le contestarán y más de 3 horas para que vinieran aunque esto lo puedo entender ya que su hijo era quien traía las llaves, luego de venir a abrirnos tuvimos que volver a llamarle para que nos abriera de nuevo y por supuesto vino a ayudarnos cosa que agradecimos mucho, al día siguiente estando en el apartamento de noche se va la luz mi padre le llama en repetidas ocasiones, y no consigue respuesta, y cuando por fin atiende el teléfono todo esto en horario laboral le habla de mala manera y la pasa con un hombre italiano y mi padre no se logra entender ya que no habla el idioma lo único que más o menos entendió es que nosotros deberíamos manipular el cuadro eléctrico del edificio para poder solucionar el problema pero todo esto sin una explicación y además después de esto no nos volvió a responder más, así que como pudimos solucionamos el problema arriesgando a causar un problema mayor al no saber manipular el cuadro del edificio pero como pudimos lo arreglamos a todo esto no hubo ninguna disculpa, ni siquiera nos contestaron el teléfono igualmente pregunté información como el número del apartamento ya que queríamos pedir algo a domicilio y tampoco nos ayudaron en pocas palabras muy mala comunicación y una educación cuestionable, por lo demás el apartamento estaba limpio en una fantastica zona y la estancia en general salvo estos detalles fue agradable

Las camas estaban cómodas y la ubicación céntrica del departamento, la cocina bien equipada con utensilios para cocinar, una excelente nevera.
Estamos en verano y el dpto de 2 habitaciones, duplex, con amplia sala y comedor cocina solo tenía un aire acondicionado pequeño, en un pasillo que porsupuesto no enfriaba todo el dpto, tuvimos que comprar un ventilador (porque tampoco tenían ventiladores) para poder tolerar esos días. Una ventana de un baño estaba rota. El dpto esta en un último piso algo incómodo en ese aspecto. El sofá cama en la sala bastante incómodo. No volvería a repetir con ellos. La chica que nos atendió Maria fue muy grosera cuando la llame por teléfono para que me explicara del uso de la cocina eléctrica qué no encendía, me dijo que usará mi sentido común y lejos de ayudarme a solucionar fue muy grosera. Tuve que buscar en YouTube como se soluciona, solo tenía un bloqueo de seguridad, y ella no estaba al tanto.

Déçu par le service à la clientèle !
Rien, car je n'ai pas pu aller à l'appartement : La réservation a été annulée et son remplacement a été également annulé par AirBnb!
Je n'ai pas du tout apprécié le fait d'annuler l'appartement de remplacement à la dernière minute, alors que j'étais déjà à Udine, après un voyage de route de plus de 7 heures !
Je m'attends à une compensation.

Die Kontaktaufnahme, besonders wegen des Check In/Outs war sehr verspätet und spärlich, wenn überhaupt vorhanden. Laut Check Out Regelung dürfen die Schlüssel auf keinen Fall im Apartment gelassen werden und sollen der Ansprechperson zurückgegeben werden. Wir haben dazu gleich am ersten Tag eine Auskunft erfragt und seitdem gab es keinerlei Rückmeldung, weder per Anruf noch per Nachricht/WhatsApp. Wir haben die Schlüssel im Zimmer gelassen und sicherheitshalber fotografiert bzw. Per Video festgehalten.

Lage gut, Ausstattung okay, Schlafen nicht möglich
Die Lage ist super. Direkt im Zentrum und man erreicht zu Fuß eigentlich recht schnell alles in der Innenstadt.
Die umliegenden Parkplätze sind auch sehr schnell erreichbar.
Schlüsselübergabe sowie Check In und Check out unkompliziert und schnell.
Das Appartement befindet sich direkt über 2 Bars. Die Musik ist von 22 Uhr bis 02 Uhr nachts sehr laut. Teilweise sogar länger. Die Leute stehen direkt in der Straße und trinken und feiern.
Also schlafen kann man nicht wirklich. Wenn dann erst ab 03 Uhr nachts. Auch wenn man Alles vorhandene schließt, ist die Musik extrem laut und in regelmäßigen Abständen wird das Altglas während des Barbetriebs im Altglas Container direkt im Hinterhof entsorgt.

il est impossible de dormir. Cet appartement se trouve au dessus d'une discothèque et d'un bar de nuit... scandaleux mais compréhensible, pour l'hôte, que ce ne soit pas indiquer dans la description. Le soir c'est un bruit énorme jusque dans les murs, la résonnance est infernale

Die Lage in der Innenstadt dieser wunderschönen Stadt Udine war wirklich toll.
Das Appartement war hell, gut geschnitten und modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir hatten Appartement 4 ganz oben und mit Blick in den Hinterhof aber die italienische Lebensfreude von den Bars und Cafés konnte man bei geöffneten Fenster gut miterleben, das hatte Flair.
Übernahme und Übergabe des Appartements mit Maria war sehr unkompliziert und zügig.
Sehr zu empfehlen für eine genussvolle Zeit in Udine.

Tre piacevoli giorni a Udine
L'appartamento è spazioso, confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario, ben riscaldato e molto tranquillo, con vista sul Duomo, l'ingresso si trova in un vicolo in posizione centralissima. Ci sono bar e caffetterie per la colazione nelle vicinanze e ristoranti di cui non abbiamo usufruito perché in visita da amici che ci hanno portato fuori città per gustare l'ottima cucina locale. Udine è molto carina, pulita e ben tenuta, un vero gioiello dove tornerò con piacere.
La signora Maria è stata gentile e disponibile al nostro arrivo e abbiamo trovato abbastanza facilmente il ragazzo che ci ha fatto salire e consegnato le chiavi.
L'arredamento è forse un po' troppo essenziale e in alcuni particolari trascurato. Suggerirei un attaccapanni e una lampada nella stanza d'ingresso.
Da tenere presente che l'appartamento si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore.
Al momento del check out è meglio essere molto puntuali perché l'addetta alle pulizie non ammette ritardi e non è affatto gradevole.
