I had a wonderful experience at this Hyatt House. My room was incredibly clean, spacious, and felt very modern and it’s clear the entire hotel is maintained to a high standard. Every member of the staff I encountered was friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I checked in. The location in Cool Springs is perfect, and the overall atmosphere of the property made for a very comfortable and stress-free visit.
Dining hours/options during the week versus reality, was not quite as advertised. however, the bar was top notch. Overall experience was nice and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Franklin area. I will definitely be staying here again!
