The villa was very quiet and easy to check in. It was spacious, exeptionally clean. The kitchen well stocked with crockery, utensils etc. And appliances nice and clean. Lounge sofas comfortable. Beds were very comfortable too. Good to have air con and heating available. Villa not too far from Albufeira old and new town. Staff very responsive to problems and their office is next door to villa.

Wasnlt aware of stairs in the villa. At entrance and inside. Nothing mentioned on the description. At booking stage wasn't told that we had to pay 300 euros returnable deposit. TV screen small, could be bigger. Wifi signal almost non existent in upper floor bedrooms, need a booster. Huge lamps on bedside table in main bedroom need to be placed elsewhere as no room left to place anything needed during the night. Could do with some cushions on sofas in lounge. No overhead shower in main bedroom, just a hand held shower in bath. Downstairs shower room very small. Not walking distance to town and shops for us as pensioners with mobility issues. Luckily Uber's were readily available. Swimming pool cold not heated. Better quality cushions for sunbeds needed. Heavy iron Gate to property fell off just missing my husband. If he wasn't so quick to re-act it could have caused serious injury. Staff very quick to rectify. Large sliding wardrobe door fell off iits rails in second bedroom as we were vacating which my daughter just managed to hold upright till we were able to assist. If we hadn't been there I don't dare to imagine how she would have managed to get it back on her own and couldve been injured.

The villa was spotless, had everything we needed , it overlooked the pool and had a nice view, it was in a great location, 4 mins in car to Old Town and the beach, lots of supermarkets very close. The communication with the management company was excellent lots of messages from Joao with information beforehand, we arrived late so keys were left in key box but he called round the day after to make sure everything was ok
