Creta Sun Studios

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Creta Sun Studios, and we honestly could not have asked for a better experience. From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional throughout our entire stay. They genuinely made us feel comfortable and looked after, and their customer service was exceptional. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with a great attitude. The cleanliness of the property deserves special praise. Our room was spotless, fresh, and very well maintained, and the entire property was clearly cared for with great attention to detail. It was obvious that the hosts take great pride in maintaining a high standard. The location was also fantastic. It was peaceful and convenient, while still being close to everything we needed. The area was perfect for exploring Chania and the surrounding parts of Crete, especially with a rental car. We found it very easy to get around and reach beaches, shops, restaurants, and other attractions. We also really appreciated how smooth and easy everything was, from check-in to check-out. The communication was excellent, and we always felt that the hosts were available if we needed anything. Overall, Creta Sun Studios exceeded our expectations. It is rare to find accommodation where the cleanliness, location, service, atmosphere, and hospitality all come together so well. We felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our holiday in Crete even better. We would absolutely stay here again and would happily recommend Creta Sun Studios to anyone visiting Chania. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

There was honestly nothing we didn’t like. Everything about our stay was excellent, and we were completely satisfied with the accommodation, service, cleanliness, location, and hospitality. We have absolutely no complaints.

Hosts are nice, rooms are big, they have ac, fridge, terrace, bathroom is nice. Location is close to beaches. Really cool.

On the first night, we were given a standard room instead of the deluxe room we had paid for. It was located close to the reception area and was quite noisy due to people outside, including guests and staff. We received the correct room the following day, although it was not ready until around noon. The hotel is also close to the street, so sleeping with the windows open can be difficult because traffic noise is noticeable. This is not really the hotel’s fault, but guests looking for complete peace and quiet may want to ask for a room facing the garden rather than the street.

It was clean and decent. There is parking outside it. We had a problem with water coming down to the floor from the sink and they fixed it immediately. They gave us the option to choose between a room with balcony or the standard economy room we had booked.

The photos are not exactly showing the studios at least not the one that we stayed, it's exactly on the street and it has no view. There was no shampoo or shower gel. The facility is an old facility.
