It was a unique and exciting experience, even for seasoned campers. The owner did all the washing up, as there was no sink or running water at the tent. It was great exercise, after a day's cycling, to walk down and up the 54 steps to use the private bathroom and shower.

Beach View limited, the tent was in the back garden of a house . The website pictures only showed half the steps. You need to be fit to enjoy this. There was no sink for hand washing for food preparation or after using the "dry" toilet, in the tent. Full information wasn't given, until the money had been taken and it was too late to cancel. We didn't see any attempts at recycling.

Beatiful accommodation! Strongly recomended!

I love the location of accommodation. It was quiet, close to the beach. We also find beachvolleyball court there. There are cosy restaurant nearby with kind staff.

Super gelegen und überraschend gut mit ein paar kleineren Einschränkungen

Das Zelt ist überraschend gut ausgestattet mit Kühl-und Gefrierschrank, Gasherd, Trocken-WC, bequemen Betten und viel Geschirr und Besteck. Das Bettzeug wird auch gestellt, außerdem besteht die Option, ein Frühstück serviert zu bekommen (nach Absprache bis 18:00 am Vorabend und natürlich gegen einen - fairen - Aufpreis). Die Lage ist einfach super, man ist nach ein paar Schritten am Strand oder Wanderweg. Direkt um die Ecke sind zwei gute Restaurants und eine Strandbar für Apéro oder Digestif oder kleinere Snacks. Das Konzept mit dem Zelt wirkt zunächst abenteuerlich, geht aber gut auf.

Das Badezimmer ist unten im Haupthaus und nur durch ein paar Bretter von der anderen Ferienwohnung getrennt, weshalb man von 20:00-08:00 (oder 21:00-9:00? das war nicht ganz klar) Lärm unbedingt vermeiden und beispielsweise nicht duschen soll. Das kann durchaus schwierig sein, v.a. wenn man mit Kindern oder in einer größeren Gruppe unterwegs ist. Man kann vor dem Haus meist nicht parken, allerdings ist nur 30 m die Straße runter ein großer kostenloser Parkplatz, der sich spätestens mit Abreise der vielen Tagesgäste gegen Abend leert.
