- Staff were friendly. - Location was very close to several Medan city landmarks. - Breakfast is available upon request with different payment (IDR 20.000), delivered to the room starting at 07.00 (might came late though). The portion was generous and delicious.

- The room i stayed (203) was pretty dark, you can't work inside. - The pillow was small. - Upon arrival, the toilet floor was wet with standing water is still there. - Soap and Shampoo was not refilled prior my stay. I decide to bought soap and shampoo on the receptionist. - Warm water was out of order, i already told the staff but not repaired until i checked out. - Old furniture need to be replaced or at least repaired; the cupboard door hinge was damaged and one of the locks was broken. - Please note that a IDR 100K refundable deposit is required on your stay. - The hotel charges a pretty expensive fines if you damaged hotel property inside the room. Better take photo of your room condition as soon as you arrive so you have a proof in case something bad happens. - If you want to buy snacks or anything else displayed on display case in front of the receptionist, always check the expiry date.
